1. Non-Custom Products Policy

For non-custom items, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

2. Custom Products Policy

Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, we do not offer refunds or returns on these products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Each item is made specifically for you, with your chosen customization, which makes it unique and non-resalable.

  • No Refunds or Returns for Customized Products: Once a custom order is placed, we immediately begin the production process. As such, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on personalized products. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your custom item arrives damaged or contains a defect, we are happy to provide a replacement. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product, and we’ll guide you through the replacement process.

3. Refunds Process

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Return or Report a Damaged Product

If you have received a damaged or defective item, or if you would like to initiate a return for an eligible product, please contact our support team at online.buycty@gmail.com Provide your order number and a description or photo of the issue, if applicable, and our team will assist you promptly.

5. Cancellations

Orders for custom products cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to modify or cancel a non-custom item, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please Note: BuyCty reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if items are not returned in their original condition or if the request does not meet our policy requirements.
